As shown in Figure S4, in terms of improvement in lipid profiles, GLP-1RA, SGLT-2I, TZD, and vitamin E all showed a trend toward reduction in TG compared with placebo, with GLP-1RA showing the highest probability (SUCRA: 87.50%); except GLP-1RA, the other three drugs did not show a trend toward reduction in TC; and none of the four drugs showed a trend toward a beneficial effect in improving LDL-C compared with placebo.
