Across the four mental health SF-36 sub-scores, European TAA patients had near-significant increased social functioning (median European SF-36 Social Functioning sub-score was 83.05 with IQR ranging from 71.35 to 91.80 as compared to North American TAA patients' SF-36 Social Functioning sub-scores having a median of 46.10 with IQR ranging from 44.10 to 62.30; p = 0.0518) and emotional role sub-scores (median European SF-36 Emotional Role sub-score was 78.95 with IQR ranging from 73.05 to 82.00 as compared to North American TAA patients' SF-36 Social Functioning sub-scores having a median of 41.80 with IQR ranging from 40.10 to 50.50; p = 0.0518) ( Table 5 ).
