In the present study, although the observed increase in knee valgus following the fatigue protocol did not reach statistical significance, this trend may indicate alterations in neuromuscular control as a result of fatigue, aligning with the findings of Fidai et al., who reported an increase in valgus among adolescent athletes [ 15 ].
