Significant pre–post differences were detected in rounds 1, 3, and 5 (Wilcoxon signed-rank test, p ≤ 0.05), while no significant effect was detected in rounds 2 ( p ≥ 0.05) and was nearly significant in round 4 ( p = 0.052), although the number of samples in these rounds was relatively lower, which may have reduced statistical power ( Figure 5 ).
