However, when analyzed separately for intraoperative [ 9 , 20 , 21 ] or postoperative [ 9 , 20 , 21 ] BT, this difference did not reach statistical significance, except for postoperative BT with a dose of 10 mg/kg + 2 mg/kg/h, which significantly favored the TXA group but was based on a single study [ 20 ].
