Patients receiving an anti-PD1 after an anti-PD-L1 achieved the longest median OS [26.4 months, 95% confidence interval (CI) 18.8-27.9 months] from the first ICI, followed by those treated with an anti-PD1 after another anti-PD1 (17.7 months, 95% CI 14.0-24.9 months), with the shortest median OS for patients treated with an anti-PD-L1 after an anti-PD1 (12.6 months, 95% CI 8.1-21.0 months), even though these differences did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.73 and 0.90, respectively) ( Figure 2 B).
