In primary human CD34 + cells from patients with AML, lower overall basal levels of TET2 expression were observed compared to heathy donor (HD) control CD34 + cells, and those with the lowest levels showed a trend toward stronger upregulation and differentiation potential in response to ATRA treatment, as seen in the most responsive human AML cell lines ( Figures 5G , 5H , and S7H – S7K ).
