High PIV was more frequently observed in younger patients, females, individuals with the vulgaris subtype, those with widespread skin lesions, those without nail involvement, those without comorbidities, those receiving systemic therapy, and patients with longer disease durations; however, these associations did not reach statistical significance (p>0.05).
