In this study, the mRNA expression levels of TET1 and TET2 showed a trend of gradual decrease with the proliferation and differentiation of adult myoblasts, and the mRNA expression levels of DNA hydroxylase were significantly higher in the proliferation phase of adult myoblasts than in the differentiation phase, suggesting that DNA hydroxylase may be a catalyst to activate the differentiation of adult myoblasts.
