Although the association with dietary OBS was modest and borderline significant in the highest tertile (OR = 0.77; 95% CI: 0.55–1.09), lifestyle OBS showed a stronger and independent inverse association with GC (OR per unit increase = 0.89; 95% CI: 0.83–0.96; highest vs lowest tertile OR = 0.64; 95% CI: 0.45–0.92).
