Univariate Cox regression analysis indicated that patients with TP53 (HR =0.919; 95% CI: 0.693–1.220; P=0.56) and ATM (HR =0.772; 95% CI: 0.469–1.270; P=0.31) co-mutations who received first-line immunochemotherapy demonstrated a trend toward prolonged PFS compared to patients without these co-mutations, although this difference did not reach statistical significance.
