For MCA vasospasm, the odds of vasospasm increased significantly in the 150–199 cm/s (OR, 19.439, P = 0.002) and ≥200 cm/s (OR, 99.825, P <0.001) categories compared with the reference group (<120 cm/s), whereas the 120–149 cm/s category did not reach statistical significance (OR, 4.280, P = 0.123).
