TEA at a concentration of 10 mM (Figure 3a ), LogEC50 −4.029, which acts as a nonselective blocker of K + channels, had a significant shift of the curve to the right, whereas at a concentration of 1 mM (Figure 3b ), LogEC50 −4.470 the detachment was slightly significant, suggesting a reduction in the relaxing effect of the compound; however, at both concentrations, there was no interference in the maximum effect.
