In summary, even when significant differences were observed in the composition of individual toxins among N treatments, the amount of total STX showed a trend of higher toxin content at 10% N, but that trend was not significant (strain 186: F 2,3 = 2.098, p > 0.05; strain 36: F 2,3 = 1.23, p > 0.05; Figure 4 ).
