In our study, we observed that a significant prevalence of PALN dissemination (i.e., 51% cases showed PALN involvement), and hence, comprehensive surgical staging in apparent early-stage EOC should include both pelvic and para-aortic LND. We observed a strong trend in upstaging among those with complete staging; overall 45.22% cases showed upstaging in our study.
