Additionally, OCD patients demonstrated significantly lower phase synchronization in the alpha band, particularly between the right frontal and parietal regions (F4-PZ).These findings suggest that increased theta band connectivity and reduced alpha band synchronization might be associated with functional dysregulation in OCD.Although differences were observed in the alpha frequency band for F4-P3 ( P = 0.022, P fdr = 0.0711) and PZ-P8 ( P = 0.018, P fdr = 0.070), these did not reach statistical significance after FDR correction.
