The results revealed that late lumen loss at six months was lower in the OCT group, particularly in the distal stent segment (0.03 ± 0.45 mm versus 0.24 ± 0.53 mm; p = 0.025), although the reduction in the proximal segment did not reach statistical significance (0.12 ± 0.41 mm versus 0.26 ± 0.52 mm; p = 0.10).
