Oxygen therapy was most frequently required in the recent infection group (30%), followed by the past infection (13.8%) and naïve groups (8.6%); however, these differences did not reach statistical significance (p = 0.18 and p = 0.11, respectively), likely due to the small sample size of the recent infection group (Table 1 ).
