In our regression model, PI-RADS 3 (compared to PI-RADS 1-2) was associated with only a borderline increase in odds of csPCa, but this did not reach statistical significance in either the low-grade (Gleason grade group 1) or high-grade (Gleason grade group ≥2) subsets.
