Following overlap weighting adjustment, the PS group had lower incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction at 6 hours (14.3% vs 32.7%, OR: 0.173 [95% CI: 0.033–0.913], p=0.125) and 24 hours (6.1% vs 20.4%, OR: 0.433 [95% CI: 0.059–3.197], p=0.412), although these differences did not reach statistical significance.
