Although DIM (Distance from Implant shoulder to Mucosal margin) showed a decreasing trend from -4.05 ± 0.78 mm to -2.08 ± 2.21 mm, the change was not statistically significant (p = 0.074), suggesting minimal variation in mucosal margin position.
Attachment level also remained relatively stable, with changes ranging from -0.72 to 0.37 mm and all comparisons being statistically non-significant (p > 0.4). DIB (distance from implant shoulder to bone crest) showed a trend towards increased values by the 26th week (mean difference = -0.55 mm), possibly indicating crestal bone remodeling; however, this change was not statistically significant (p = 0.100).
