We further examined the relationship between baseline TCR metrics and patient outcomes, finding that high baseline TCR clonality was associated with poorer overall survival, while high TCR convergence showed a trend toward improved overall survival in stage IV breast cancer, but not in non-metastatic disease (F i gs. 1 F–I and S2K–N).
