In the sensitivity analyses stratified by gender and age, serum calcium levels were positively correlated with Aβ SUVRs in female, male, and the narrower age range group, though these correlations did not reach statistical significance due to the sample size limitations (β = 0.051, p = 0.256, β = 0.129, p = 0.061, and β = 0.114, p = 0.058, respectively) ( Supplementary Figure 1F-H ).
