In univariate analysis, acquisition of a second strain beyond one year after primary infection was significantly associated with enhanced bnAb responses (OR = 17.40, 95% CI: 1.75–172.62, P = 0.02; Table 2 ), while acquisition within one year showed a borderline association that did not reach statistical significance (OR = 5.80, 95% CI: 0.87–38.46, P = 0.07).
