Regarding adverse events, our study found that although the overall incidence of serious complications did not differ statistically between the DT-LCP and T-LCP groups—confirming the excellent safety profile of both fixation systems—the DT-LCP group showed a trend toward fewer specific complications such as hinge fractures.
