Regarding OS, only mediastinal lymph node involvement demonstrated a significant impact on mortality risk (HR=3.50, 95% CI=1.18-10.4; p =0.024), whereas angiolymphatic invasion (HR=2.65, 95% CI=0.88-7.99; p =0.084) and receiving ≥3 neoadjuvant cycles (HR=6.94, 95% CI=0.85-56.9; p =0.071) did not reach statistical significance ( Figure 1 ).
