Our internal comparison also suggested a positive association between gonorrhea‐only exposure and head and neck cancer, with our external comparison identifying SIRs of 2.1 and 2.2 among males with gonorrhea‐only exposure or gonorrhea with other STIs exposure, respectively, though these did not reach statistical significance.
