β-catenin and LEF1 immunohistochemistry were both predictive of relapse-free survival (RFS) (p<0.05) and in addition, LEF1 also predicted overall survival (OS) (p<0.05) in patients with endometrial carcinoma, whereas β-catenin staining did not reach statistical significance ( figure 2 ).
