Meanwhile, gene mutation analysis showed that there was a difference in mutated genes between the Ph+/Ph-like ALL good prognosis and poor prognosis groups, and the total number of mutant genes of the good prognosis group was higher than that of the poor prognosis group, which did not reach statistical significance, but was in line with the characteristics of the existing tumor research, i.e., a high tumor load can provide more antigenic epitopes, which is conducive to the recognition of the body’s immune system, and then enhances the killing effect of tumor cells [ 27 – 29 ].
