Although the difference in PPD scores between the groups did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.07), this lack of statistical significance could be attributed to several factors, including short follow-up, overlapping support in both groups, natural passage of time, postpartum blues, and hormonal changes that occur during the postpartum period.
