Multivariable analysis, however, identified MBEP (per 1-mmHg decrease: OR, 1.11; 95% CI, 1.04-1.16; P < 0.001) and EGJ type III morphology (OR, 3.03; 95% CI, 1.15-8.00; P = 0.025) as independent predictors of conclusive GERD, while EGJ-CI and LES intrabdominal length did not reach statistical significance.
