Although these did not reach statistical significance, a greater proportion of central nervous system anomalies (including ventriculomegaly and abnormal CSP) was observed among fetuses with PTPN11 variants associated with Noonan syndrome ( n = 20) (35% vs. 19%, p = 0.227), along with pleural effusions (80% vs. 54%, p = 0.065) and pelviectasis or hydronephrosis (45% vs. 23%, p = 0.116).
