In a multivariable model (Table S1 ) incorporating both favourable/unfavourable histology and Decipher risk category (low, intermediate or high), high Decipher risk category was significantly associated with increased risk of BCR (HR 1.88 (1.16–3.05), P = 0.011), whereas unfavourable histology did not reach statistical significance (HR 1.52 (0.95–2.43), P = 0.080).
