Interestingly, although both rgAAV2 and rgAAV2/rh10 vectors induced retrograde labeling of NG neurons, the average number of transduced cells by rgAAV2/rh10 was higher than rgAAV2 (81.33 ± 36.22 vs 58 ± 16.70) although this difference did not reach statistical significance (Fig. 1 c,d).
