At 12 and 24 weeks, amitriptyline 100 mg showed a trend toward reduction in headache days, but the 95% CrI was wide and crossed zero with very low certainty of evidence (12 weeks: MD −5.62, 95% CrI −13.19 to 2.50; 24 weeks: MD −5.12, 95% CrI −12.28 to 4.71, Figure 3 and Table S6 ).
