MUT hTAs showed a trend toward increased ventral cell proportions ( Figure 3N ; Figures S11F and S11G ), consistent with the earlier cIN overproduction noted at week 8 in hMGEOs, though cINs were underrepresented overall—presumably because they are primarily localized at the organoid’s surface and are thus the most sensitive to the single-cell dissociation process.
