Regarding the phosphorylation levels of proteins involved in the insulin signaling pathway, in L6-myotubes treated with PA + CpHaR, we observed that the phosphorylation of IRS-1 at Tyr612 was not increased compared to PA-treated myotubes, whereas phosphorylation of IRS-1 at Ser307 was reduced by approximately 12%, although this decrease did not reach statistical significance ( Figure 4 D).
