After adjusting for TNM stage and molecular subtype in the multivariate analysis, GSTK1 remained an independent prognostic factor (HR = 0.657, 95% CI 0.473–0.913, p = 0.012), while the prognostic association of PTGER3 did not reach statistical significance (hazard ratio = 0.785, 95% confidence interval = 0.565–1.092, p = 0.150) (Fig. 6 B).
