10 In contrast, Pi10 did not reach statistical significance with conventional parameters except for those reflecting small airway disease; however, a consistent trend was observed, suggesting that airway wall thickness still provides valuable insights in larger cohort or in subgroups where structural remodeling is more pronounced. 11 In summary, our findings support the complementary use of PRM fSAD and LAA% assessed by ULDCT in patients with asthma, while indicating that Pi10 requires larger sample sizes or targeted subgroups to demonstrate clinical relevance.
