The overall median age was 42 years (IQR 32–51), with the asymptomatic group showing a slightly higher median age of 48.5 years (IQR 28.5–53) compared to 41 years (IQR 32–51) in the symptomatic group; however, this difference did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.42).
