Again, despite all drugs having a potential role in reversing EMT, only BIIB021 and disulfiram (inhibitor of aldehyde dehydrogenase, dopamine beta-hydroxylase and the proteasome) showed a trend to being more effective in OCS models than HGSOC models (Fig. 3 c).
