The results of the Kruskal–Wallis test (Table 2 ) indicate that the differences in intestinal flora among the three sample groups for the Chao1, Shannon, Simpson, ACE, observed species, Goods_coverage, and PD indices did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.443, P = 0.238, P = 0.255, P = 0.423, P = 0.325, P = 0.766, and P = 0.385), suggesting limited microbial differences between groups, potentially constrained by sample size limitations.
