The KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of DEGs showed a trend of enrichment in lipid metabolism pathways, including cholesterol metabolism, PPAR signaling pathway, sphingolipid metabolism, ether lipid metabolism, and biosynthesis of unsaturated fatty acids (Fig. 4 C).
