In the multivariable logistic regression model, adjusting for age, HPV status, and conisation technique (LEEP vs CKC), CIN3 patients with endo/ectocervical margin involvement showed a significantly increased likelihood of positive hysterectomy pathology (OR 6.79, 95% CI 1.683–27.387; p = 0.007), while cervical canal margin involvement did not reach statistical significance ( Table 3 , Supplementary Table 2 ).
