By constructing various truncated forms of PIEZO1 (N‐terminus 1‐730aa, middle domain fragment 731‐1959aa, and C‐terminus 1960‐2520aa), we confirmed that HSPA5 interacted with the C‐terminus of PIEZO1, and may be significant for PIEZO1 regulation (Figure 7J through 7K ).
