The AKI group also showed higher rates of 90-day adverse functional outcomes (OR: 2.07, 95% CI: 0.94–4.68, P = 0.074) and 90-day mortality (OR: 2.42, 95% CI: 0.93–6.70, P = 0.076) compared to the non-AKI group, although these differences did not reach statistical significance.
