Participants with posterior fossa syndrome were more likely to have a CSF shunt (22 participants [59.5%] vs 36 participants [29.8%]; P = .001), and a higher proportion underwent multiple surgical resections (15 participants [40.5%] vs 30 participants [24.8%]), although the difference did not reach statistical significance ( P = .06).
