While patients in the 100–300 mg group also showed significant benefits for 28-day (HR = 0.29, 95% CI: 0.15–0.56, P < 0.001) and 90-day all-cause mortality (HR = 0.57, 95% CI: 0.39–0.84, P = 0.004), the association with 365-day all-cause mortality did not reach statistical significance (HR = 0.73, 95% CI: 0.52–1.02, P = 0.065).
