We only analyzed overall intracranial hemorrhage and intracranial hematoma; although these differences did not reach statistical significance, there was a higher proportion of intracranial hematoma in the robot-assisted group (7.6% vs. 3.2%) and a comparable rate of intracranial hemorrhage (8.1% vs. 9%) compared with the frame-based group.
