From 24 h before delivery to 24 h postpartum, both groups showed a trend toward an initial decrease followed by an increase in IVC-CI, indicating that intravascular volume and CVP increased further postpartum than they did before delivery, followed by a gradual recovery as maternal compensation adapted.
